NAFI Florida is the Florida operating region of NFI Massachusetts, Inc., not a separate independent organization. NFI Massachusetts, Inc. provides the corporate structure, executive leadership, administrative infrastructure, and organizational oversight for Florida operations. As a result, NFI Massachusetts, Inc. may be named as the legal contracting entity even when services are delivered locally under the NAFI Florida name.
Led by the Florida Regional Director, NAFI Florida is responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of services in the state. The regional team oversees staff, program operations, budgets, quality and compliance, funder relationships, community partnerships, and program development. This includes Florida-based services such as FFT, FFT-FC, PLL, and TBRI.
This structure combines local leadership and accountability with the resources and oversight of a larger organization. NAFI Florida can respond to the needs of Florida communities while drawing on the corporate support and experience of NFI Massachusetts, Inc.
